Mark Bond, MAI,SRA

Mark Bond has been actively engaged as an independent fee appraiser since 1976. For more than 26 years his scope of appraising has included all types of properties. Mark also has related experience in expert witness testimony for county and federal courts. He is currently licensed as a Real Estate Broker #195757 in the State of Texas and has held the MAI and SRA designations with the Appraisal Institute since the early 1980's. Mark is Texas State Certified General Appraiser #1320436-G and is a member of the Greater Dallas Board of Realtors.

Robert J. Wisson, SRA

Rob Wisson has been with Mark Bond & Company since the company's inception in 1987. He holds the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute and is a Texas State Certified Residential Appraiser, #1320337-R. Rob is also currently licensed as a Real Estate Broker #367360-33 in the State of Texas and a member of the NETC Board of Realtors. He is the senior appraiser and manager of the Hurst office. Rob has specialized in residential properties in and around the Tarrant and Denton county area for over 12 years with a total of over18 years of appraisal experience.

Debra Thompson

Debra Thompson is a senior appraiser in the Dallas office and has been with Mark Bond & Company since 1989. She is a Texas State Certified Residential Appraiser, #1320948-R and a member of the Greater Dallas Association of Realtors. Debra specializes in the University Park, Highland Park and North Dallas areas as well as being our Relocation Specialist. Debra has a total of 16 years experience appraising properties in the North Texas area.
